C-68S BAR WOMEN’S RACKABLE SHORT BAR The Rogue C-68S Bar is a 25mm women’s version of the , and modeled after our flagship women’s . At nearly 11” shorter than our Bella Bar, it sacrifices almost nothing in features or functionality, yet allows you to work in tighter spaces, whether it be your home or garage gym, or high volume training facility. By only shortening the sleeves of the bar you are still able to rack the bar in any standard or to perform all strength movements, from the squat, bench press, and deadlift, to Olympic lifts‒clean and snatch, as well as any accessory movements that require a barbell. EFFICIENCY MEETS FUNCTIONALITY The compact design doesn’t equate to lifting light weight. With a loadable sleeve length of almost 8" this bar has the capacity for (2) 45lb or (4) on each end, while still leaving ample room for collars. The 51.5” spacing between the sleeves allows this bar to be racked on any standard power rack or squat stand. This barbell allows for a wide range of strength movements from the rack or floor, all within limited space constraints.
